Rental & Use of Property
Casita Azul Inc hereby rents to__Debbie Ribeyre___ El Nido, located within the property known as, Casita Cielo Azul. Casita Cielo Azul is located on Calle America Latina in the pueblo of San Francisco (San Pancho), Nayarit, Mexico. All fixtures and property to be used solely for the purpose of a short-term stay, upon the conditions contained herein.
If you are happy with the care given you by our cleaning lady and our co-host Joslin please consider leaving them tips. They do everything they can to make your stay a good one.
Rental Reservation Term
Guest shall have the use of the Property for the following period of time
Arrival date: __February 17, 2024___ Check in hour is 2:00 p.m. or earlier if available
Departure date __March 9, 2024____ Check out hour is 11:00 a.m. If you are leaving later in the day you may leave your luggage under the palapa till you leave but we need the house vacated by 11:00 to prepare for incoming guests
Rental Payment Terms
The rent for the El Nido will be: $2853.00 including fees and taxes
Price is subject to change without notice until contract has been signed, returned and a 50% deposit of $1426.50 has been received and it is due immediately.
Payment is to be to paypal but you MUST use their FRIENDS AND FAMILY option. Use the email address ….. jillnegronidahampton@gmail.com
The balance of $1426.50 is due 2 weeks prior to arrival. If balance is not paid the reservation will be canceled. We will return the deposit if we are able to rent the casita out for the same period of time at the same rate.
Cancellation Policy
Payment is fully refundable if Casita Azul Inc. can rent the Casita listed herein for the same period of time for and for the same amount of money.
Guest’s Responsibility
The “Guest(s)” at Casita Cielo Azul agree that the number of people shall not exceed at any time the maximum number permitted on the property (2 persons per bedroom). “Guest(s)” shall be responsible for the conduct and behavior of their invitees and shall not permit unlawful activities or disruptive behavior to occur upon the property. “Guest(s) will also be responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents. In the event that any damage should occur, “Guest(s) are responsible to pay for any and all such damages before their departure.
POOL
• To ensure the safety of local children and animals it is the responsibility of the Guest(s) to lock the front gate upon leaving the premises. In addition, for the safety of local children, guests may NOT allow them onto the property or into the pool.
• No glassware is allowed near or around the pool. If glass is broken in the vicinity of the pool, the pool must be drained cleaned and refilled. If glass is broken in the vicinity of the pool, “Guest(s)” will be charged $2,000.00 US.
• The pool, pool steps & surrounding area can be slippery. It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure pool safety and proper use.
• Though the pool is slightly raised above ground level it would be very easy for small children to gain access. It is the responsibility of “Guest(s)” to closely monitor children on the property. Casita Azul Inc. is not responsible for the safety “Guest(s)”, invitees or their children.
Owner’s Responsibility
Casita Azul Inc. is responsible that the property be well maintained and that any repairs needed will be done in a timely fashion. Casita Azul Inc, her agents or employees shall not be held responsible for any injury loss or damage to any person or property of persons occupying said property. Casita Azul Inc shall not under any circumstances be held responsible for any disturbance or inconvenience to “Guest(s)”and invitees while occupying the Property, or for the actions of its neighbors or the surrounding area.
Water usage is a worldwide concern, here in San Pancho we are trying to do our part in conservation efforts. Therefore, maid service is offered twice a week.
Communications
All notices and other communications between Casita Azul Inc and “Guest(s)” shall be made via email: jillnegronidahampton@earthlink.net. The execution of this agreement can be made by the guest signing this page and transmitting by way of email to jillnegronidahampton@gmail.com
RIGHT TO ENTER: Casita Azul Inc or its agents shall have the right to enter the Premises any reasonable time during the term of this Agreement to inspect the Premises and to undertake and perform such duties and responsibilities as necessary.
ENFORCEMENT: The laws of the State of Nayarit, Mexico shall govern the validity, performance and enforcement of this Agreement. In the event “Guest(s)” seeks recourse against Casita Azul Inc. or any other individual or entity for any event occurring within the Premises, they shall be under the jurisdiction of the laws and courts of the municipality of Bahia de Banderas, Nayarit, Mexico. The “Guest(s)” renounce all other jurisdictions present and future.
